For rock crushing, aggregate production and recycling

The Groundworx Co. is capable of satisfying the overwhelming demand for dependable, high-quality crushing equipment.

It can be challenging to choose the best crusher equipment. Fortunately, there are tools and software that facilitate the available options and make selections easier. All these analyses are built on meticulous calculations that consider the capabilities and features of various crushers as well as your operational requirements.

Jaw crushers are typically used for primary crushing; taking your biggest feed material and crushing it to a more manageable size. Jaw crushers can be used in a variety of processes and thrive in aggregate and recycling applications. The general design of a jaw crusher has not changed in over a century. There is a stationary plate that is fixed inside of a box and a moving plate that compresses material against the stationary plate. As material is crushed, it falls out the bottom. Over the years there have refinements to jaw crushers to make them more efficient, more safe, and more serviceable.

Which Crusher do I Need?

Every crusher site and operation is unique, and the best results are usually achieved by combining theoretical conclusions with practical experience with diverse materials, operational conditions, maintenance requirements, and cost-benefit analyses of various options.
